Saturday March 3, 2012 -
Eye Clinic with Dr Ruth Marrion, Ophthalmologist Fee $35.00 Well dog eye clinic open to all breeds Bring AKC registration certificate and microchip number to fill out CERF forms. The CERF registration fee is not included.
Sunday March 4, 2012 - Cardiac Clinic with Dr Aaron Wey, Cardiologist Auscultation fee $40.00 Echocardiogram fee $195.00 Go to the OFA website (www.offa.org) and download and fill out the cardiac form ahead of time and bring it to your appointment. The OFA registration fee is not included.
- Please note if the dog is entered in the show. Appointment times will try to be arranged around the show schedule. Include AM or PM preference.
- No refunds will be given after the closing date. Confirmation of your appointment will be emailed.
- Additional registrations may be taken the day of the clinic if space is available.
